Two live email lists for quick sends. Committed includes every family you toggle committed below plus everyone who e-signed the Host Family Agreement (from Committed Families) — their emails are pulled in automatically. Potential is everyone not yet committed. The two lists are mutually exclusive (a committed email never appears in Potential). Each billet family contributes its primary email plus every adult email on file.
