Host families

Live email lists for quick sends. Committed includes every family you toggle committed below, plus every family linked to a signed Host Family Agreement (from Committed Families) — a signed family counts as committed whether or not the toggle is on, and contributes its primary email plus every adult email on file. The email on each signed agreement is pulled in too. Potential is everyone not yet committed. The two lists are mutually exclusive (a committed email never appears in Potential). A family who has signed but is not yet linked to their billet record contributes only the one email from the agreement — use “Link signed agreements” on Billet Families to bring their adults in.

Players & parents

Built from the Players page. Players contribute their own email; parents contribute Parent 1 and Parent 2. These overlap the family lists above on purpose — a parent who also hosts belongs in both.

Everyone

The widest list — both sections at once. Committed families come from the same list as the card above, so an inactive family stays out of this one too.
